you are a responsible consumer and experienced rider, then
yes, BikeBandit.com is the right site for you. BikeBandit.com
was built to provide motorcycle/ATV/PWC enthusiasts with the
easiest way possible to order parts online 24 hours a day 7
days a week. With over 7 million parts online, you should be
able to locate the item you need. You will need to know the
exact year, make, and model of the machine you are ordering
parts for. If you do not know this information, please contact
your local shop with the VIN # of your machine or check the
registration/title. Please do not order parts for years,
makes, or models other than the one you have in the hopes that
they will fit your model. If an order is filled correctly by
BikeBandit.com per your request restocking fees will apply if
the item needs to be returned.
SHIPPING:
MOST
ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
For example: MOST orders placed today with 2nd day air
shipping selected SHOULD arrive within 7 BUSINESS days.
The delivery time of packages shipped via UPS or FedEx ground
service varies by geographic location and UPS or FedEx
procedures. No orders over 20 lbs. or tires will be shipped
2nd day air.
If
any of the items are delayed for any reason (e.g.
cross-shipped, backordered, discontinued) we will notify you
immediately via e-mail. We will also send you an e-mail
when the order is shipped with the UPS or FedEx tracking
number and UPS or FedEx website address so you can track
your package online. These updates will also be posted in
real-time on the View Order History section (shown directly
under your name after you have logged in).

When will my order ship?

Most orders will SHIP within 5 BUSINESS days.
Q:
Does BikeBandit.com ship to PO Boxes?
A:
Unfortunately, as stated on the site, BikeBandit.com cannot
ship to PO Box addresses via our normal UPS or
FedEx service. However, we can send the package via US
mail. Since the US mail does not offer the same package
tracking capabilities as UPS or FedEx the recipient must
assume all risk of loss/damage. If you order an item and
request that it be shipped to a box address it will be shipped
US mail and you must assume all risk of loss/damage.
Q:
Does BikeBandit.com ship outside the US, Canada and Puerto
Rico.
A:
Not yet, but we hope to add more countries soon.

open and inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
Verify that all parts are received and in undamaged
condition. DO NOT destroy/mutilate/deface the packaging as the
manufacturers will not accept returns if the original
packaging is damaged. Any item returned to BikeBandit.com
without the original packaging in undamaged condition cannot
be returned to the manufacturer and no credit will be given
for these items. Check
the container thoroughly to avoid throwing away parts that may
be wrapped in packing materials.
Note: your order may arrive in several different
packages. You can
view/print a detailed invoice for your order by logging on to http://www.bikebandit.com/
and selecting ýView Order Historyý (shown directly under
your name after logging in).
BikeBandit.com must be
notified within 48 hours of delivery of any missing parts!
DO
NOT disassemble
your vehicle or render it inoperative until you have verified
that the enclosed products are correct and complete.
If any parts are missing please contact our customer
service department at Returns@BikeBandit.com
. Addressing
all customer service issues via e-mail allows us to track
issues more effectively and provides a log of all
correspondence. No
telephone customer service is available at this time.
BikeBandit.com is not able to give technical/mechanical
advice for legal reasons.
Damaged
Parts - If
you receive a part damaged in shipping, you must contact your
local UPS or FedEx office within 48 hours of delivery to file
a damage claim for replacement.
Once claims are finalized with the shipper, only then
will BikeBandit.com order and send out the replacement parts.
Returns

BikeBandit.com has extended the return policy to 15 days from
the date of delivery as shown on the UPS or FedEx tracking
system. We
understand that sometimes the items purchased do not entirely
fit your needs. With
that in mind, we offer a full refund on parts returned to
BikeBandit.com within 15 days with these restrictions:
A)
BikeBandit.com cannot not be held responsible for items
ordered in error by the customer and reserves the right to
pass any restocking fees charged by the manufacturers /
distributors on to the customer up to 40% of the suggested
retail price.
B)
No returns on electrical parts will be granted.
C)
All items must be returned in their original packaging
and in unused condition.
D)
BikeBandit.com must RECEIVE returned items
within 15 days of the original delivery date as shown on the
UPS or FedEx tracking system.
After 15 days all sales are considered final and no
returns will be accepted.
E)
If the customer keeps any portion of an order, the
original shipping charges will not be refunded.
All
returns must be marked with a Return Authorization Number
(RAN),
which can be obtained by writing to Returns@BikeBandit.com,
and shipped freight pre-paid to the address provided with the
RAN.

parts they need for any machine online within 5 clicks.
It is just like walking into your local dealer. Just
follow the instructions below and select the parts you need.
Unfortunately, with all the traffic BikeBandit.com
receives, we simply canýt look up individual parts for
visitors. Plus, sometimes people use different
terminology for the same parts making errors a possibility.
We
can supply you with any new parts the manufacturer makes for
your machine. If a part has been discontinued, we will
not be able to acquire it. To find the OEM (Original
Equipment) parts you need just go to www.BikeBandit.com and
follow the easy instructions below to select the parts you
need from detailed schematics for your machine. If you are
looking for an after market part, select the category under
Step 1 that best describes the item you require.

AVAILABILITY:
According to
the manufacturerýs latest price book any item listed on the
site is currently available.
However, sometimes manufacturers discontinue items
after they print the current price book.
This will lead to the item being categorized as
available on the BikeBandit.com system.
Just like in
the offline world, the only way to know if the part is
actually available is to order the part from the supplier.
However, BikeBandit.com never charges a customerýs
credit card (only authorizes the amount) until the parts have
been shipped to the customer.
Therefore, if you order the part and it is not
available, no charge will appear on your credit card.
If you have
tried to order a part from a local dealer and they informed
you that it has been discontinued or is currently on
backorder, BikeBandit.com will not be able to acquire the item
for you. BikeBandit.com
does not sell used part because it is impossible to guarantee
the quality/condition of used items.

address the growing traffic on BikeBandit.com we have
developed the only online real-time order tracking system in
the powersports industry so that our customers have instant
access to all their BikeBandit.com orders.
To view the status of your order online, just login to http://www.bikebandit.com/
and select View Order History directly under your name on the
left side of the page.
This page
will show you every order you have ever placed on
BikeBandit.com and the status of each item in your order(s).
If the order has already shipped, the page will also
display the UPS or FedEx tracking number for real-time online
package tracking. Finally,
this page will also show the amount authorized and the amount
billed on your credit card. It is important to note that
BikeBandit.com never charges a customerýs card (only
authorizes the purchase amount) until the items have been
shipped to the customer.
There are 6
different status designations:
1)
Pending ý item has been ordered from the
manufacturer and we are awaiting confirmation from our
supplier that it is available.
2)
On Order ý item is either in transit from the
manufacturer or has already arrived at our supplierýs
warehouse.
3)
Shipped ý item has already been shipped to
customer. (An
automated e-mail has already been sent to customer)
4)
Cross-Shipp ý item was not available from the
manufacturerýs main US warehouse, but has already been
located at an alternate warehouse and is in transit to our
supplierýs facility. This
will usually add 1-4 business days to our normal 5 business
day order processing time.
BikeBandit.com cannot ship partial orders due to
cross-shipped items. (An automated e-mail has already been
sent to customer)
5)
Backorder ý item is currently out of stock in
all of the manufacturersý
US warehouses, but has not been marked as a discontinued item.
As a service to our customers, BikeBandit.com will ship
all of the other items in the order when they have arrived at
no extra charge to the customer.
When the backordered item arrives it will be shipped
UPS or FedEx ground to the customer.
If the item does not arrive within 30 days, the order
will be cancelled and the customer will not be charged for the
item. (An automated e-mail has already been sent to customer)
6)
Not Available ý item has been discontinued by
the manufacturer and BikeBandit.com will not be able to
acquire it for the customer.
In this event, BikeBandit.com will follow the
instructions provided by the customer regarding discontinued
items during the checkout process.
The customer will not be charged for any item that has
been discontinued and therefore cannot be shipped. (An
automated e-mail has already been sent to customer)
Our staff
will be happy to answer any specific questions you have, but
due to the number of visitors to BikeBandit.com, the View
Order History page is the fastest and easiest way to get many
of the most frequently asked questions answered.

orders cannot be combined nor can items be added to an
existing order. The BikeBandit.com system automatically routes
orders to our suppliers based on their previous performance.
This means that two orders from the same customer
placed seconds apart may actually be routed to and filled by
